Shipping policy
Clickere ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. Orders will be shipped within 4 to 10 days of the date of order, whichever is closer(except for Sundays and holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays or Regional Holidays that fall around the warehouse the product is being shipped from.
All COD orders are verified by a customer service representative by the medium of calling on the registered number associated with the order. Clickere will make 3 such attempts to verify the order, in addition to a whatsapp attempt as well. If the order still remains unverified after 3 days from the order, the order will be cancelled.
Certain products are exclusive to a certain area. There is a check-availability option on the product page. We are unable to fulfill orders for which the delivery address is invalid (Not available for given pin code).
A shipping charge will vary with respected product (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Clickere at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Clickere brings out different kinds of offers in an attempt to satisfy its customers, every now and then. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 to 10 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.
The delivery date provided in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped post shipment of the order.
Clickere tries to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Clickere is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Clickere continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Clickere reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).
HIDDEN CHARGES (SALES TAX, OCTROI, ETC)
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India. Customers will be able to make their purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and many other countries, however, it must be ensured the delivery address is in India.
TRACKING PACKAGES
We will update you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your account. In case you do not have any update from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check with customer support at support@Clickere.in. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
PRE-BOOKING
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for a customer. The item will be shipped to the customer within 5 days of Clickere receiving the first shipment from the respective brand.
LOCAL DELIVERY
For some particular category of products like grocery and cake can be deliver to only local area that cover the pin codes are 627001, 627002, 627003, 627004, 627005, 627006, 627007, 627008, 627009, 627011. If any order is placed for these category of products from other than local area will be cancelled without any customer confirmation
